Responsible for performing background checks, verifying and processing documents for visa applications and overseas citizenship applications, for providing official consulate responses to visa queries and issuing visas, attestation of documents, witnessing signatures on documents, affidavits, and affirmations, certifying copies of original documents and deliver welfare service.

Conducted German grammar and conversation classes at the language department, assisted with correcting essays for placement tests and observed interaction techniques between teachers and the students at an external language course for business.

Conducted research to find out if children from socially underprivileged families take part in the different projects available at the youth welfare center and assisted in different projects of youth work and cultural work in the area of children and young people.
