Completed rework and cleanup of HQ network: clearing the network of any loops, sub-optimal routing & switching; added security through better authentication, access-lists, adding SSH and blocking telnet, adding DHCP snooping and ARP inspection, etc. Installed and tested a SD-WAN solution to better connect the branch locations to HQ and various cloud services. Configured VPN IPSec tunnels between various cloud providers with next-generation firewalls for added security in the cloud.

Install and test new equipment and connections. Build Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs) in access and distribution switches. Troubleshoot network devices (Cisco and HP) and protocols Work incident tickets in ITSM Suite and find a solution within a SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Install and provision DSLAMs for DSL internet. Build management VLANs to new devices to gain remote access to those devices. Build and test new data VLANs for customer traffic. Build and test voice protocols for both VOIP and POTS. Troubleshoot any network device and network protocols. Manage records of the network to ensure they are up to date and accurate.
