The overall purpose of this office-based role is to work as part of the Marketing team and build the database of clients by conducting internet and telephone research and getting them to join the company database. Build progress reports that would be used by the Marketing Department.

Design team focus on creative details of an event space. We participate in the creative process assisting in design and selection of items such as floral, linens, detail props and accessories needed and requested by the client. Indeed, performs the physical role of event stylist on site and responsible for the event styling installs and removals, as well as insuring all props are successfully put back into inventory.

Attend the career fairs and other marketing activities; Assist in the applicants documentation process, coaching and pre-departure; Submit a monthly status report; Other assignments that may be assigned related to marketing and promotion
