I am an accomplished Data Engineer with over nine years of full-time work experience. I have built large-scale data solutions using Scala, Java, and Python. I have expertise in designing reliable, efficient, and high-performance data pipelines on both the on-premises ecosystem (using Apache Spark) and the Cloud ecosystem (Azure). I have in-depth knowledge of Big Data architecture and engineering, including data storage and management, data integration, distributed processing, data pipelines, and data modelling. In many instances, I have helped improve existing processes and suggested best practices for the team. I enjoy helping fellow junior developers in enhancing their technical skills.
