• Recruitment for supervisor positions to expansion in the North region; • Lead Retail Supervisor Program and Internship Program; • Conduct exit interviews of managers and supervisors; • Monitor human resources metrics; • Follow up of promotion process; • Business Partner for regional and local managers; • Support employees in all HR issues, including responseCovid-19 response; • Drive action plans for organizational climate management; • Treat compliants in the company’s whistleblower channel.

• Support the Recruiter in all stages of Talent Acquisition processes; • Conduct climate survey; • Support the Business Partner in employees’ performance assessments; • Support employees and managers in all HR issues, mainly Workday system.
