I was the 1st employee of the department, launching our Cloud & AI staffing services. I help build Cloud and Modern Workplace tech teams at market leaders such as Avanade, Capgemini, Deloitte and more. Focused on headhunting the top 5% of professionals for clients like Big 4 consultancies and Microsoft joint ventures, I secured and expanded our client base. I successfully merged dormant clients from other MAM Gruppe subsidiaries, and hunted new business to expand.

As the exclusive provider for candidate sourcing, reported directly to the Senior Manager, making our desk the highest revenue-generating unit in the Kingston office. Specialised in Trades & Labour projects staffing at Hays, focusing on anything within the M25. - Managed a desk of 97 contractors and achieved 173.33% of my target over a 6-month period, exceeded my target by 73.33%.

In my first recruitment position, I started my professional journey at MAM Gruppe (formerly MAM Solutions), joining a start-up of just 6, collaborating closely with Jake Cowell responsible for sourcing SAP professionals for Big 4 and Consulting clients. MAM Gruppe, a prominent leader in Germany's staffing solutions, initially focused on SAP before expanding into Legal, Data, and Cyber sectors.

Activities and societies included hostage Rescue, CQB, CQC, Counter-Terrorism, Rules of Engagement, Standard Operating Procedures and Military Operations in Urban Terrain. Training led by an ex SOF operator. The course focused on tactical and endurance training, including Close Quarters Combat (CQC), Close Quarters Battle (CQB), room raids, abseiling, disarming techniques (weaponry), self-defence, and physical endurance tests such as 15-minute planks and 5-mile runs with 25kg backpacks.
