Das Tiefbauamt ist verantwortlich für und koordiniert die Bauvorhaben im öffentlichen Raum und Verkehr. Unser Rechtsdienst ist zuständig für alle Rechtsfragen und das Führen aller Rechtsgeschäfte, insbesondere das Rechtliche Risikomanagement und die Sicherstellung der Rechtskonformität, sowie die Durchführung sämtlicher anfallender Rechtsverfahren.

"Design For All" was started as a research project of the Research project of the University of Applied Sciences of Central Switzerland (FHZ) and the Lucerne University of Arts and Design (HGKL) to make aware of the design of and the need for accessible websites. A second step will be the development of a prototype that will help people with no disabilities to understand what a person with disabilities experiences once he tries to access inaccessible websites. The Agency BATS for Biosafety and Sustainability Research was founded in 1993 by the Swiss National Foundation as Agency for Biotechnology Research and Technology Assessment of the Swiss Priority Programme Biotechnology. The Agency BATS serves as focus point and co-ordinator for all activities. It seeks to facilitate transdisciplinary research into the implications of Life Science applications.
