Led the implementation of P2P, digital signature, and document approval solutions, streamlining procurement processes and reducing approval time. Built a SharePoint-based CLM system for centralized contract management and compliance. Unified procurement reporting to support decision-making and managed a team of six direct reports, driving performance and professional development.

Global responsibility for SaaS category as Cloud Center of Excellence Lead. Negotiated Enterprise License Agreements and SaaS framework contracts. Improved Software Asset Management processes for critical tools. Led vendor relationships within ITOM and global procurement transformation programs.

Managed end-to-end sourcing accounts and budget guidelines for all software licenses within FSČS, including license unification, compliance management, license metrics governance, and maintenance cost-reduction initiatives. Led sourcing projects aligned with team and budget frameworks, including multiple RFx procedures for core banking technologies. Prepared and finalized a group Enterprise License Agreement covering security, middleware, and operating systems with vendors such as IBM, HP, VMware.

Partnered with internal stakeholders and suppliers to identify and deliver cost-improvement opportunities across IT hardware categories, acting as the local sourcing point of contact. Prepared tender documentation, administered electronic tendering and auction systems, coordinated group-level sourcing initiatives, and ensured governance, transparency, auditability, compliance with internal approval frameworks, and alignment with sourcing strategy.
