Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Kunststoffteilen – Auto Interieur

I am responsible for design of elements to cars interior, in accordance with customer specification. This are mainly plastic parts manufactured in the injection mold process. It is a full time work in software CATIA V5 (solids, surfaces and hybrid modelling).

Work in KSW (Kundensonderwunsch) department, which provides technical solutions for non-serial customer requests. Main activities concerns design of construction and equipment elements for city buses. Technical documentation is perform with CATIA V5 software in connection with Enovia LCA. Work in international environment (mainly German).

Company dedicated to design and building prototypes of printing devices like 3D plastic printer or printer DTG. Main activities concerned preparation of technical documentation and design of construction elements of printing devices. And design of plastic and composite housings.

Academic team participating in FS competitions, which consists of design, building and racing with own race cars. Main roles in team: - design of construction elements of FS student race car - design and manufacturing composite car body - preparation of technical documentation for car elements - participation in international F-SAE competitions: Silverstone – Great Britain, Gyor – Hungary

Work in engineering office placed near large factory "FIAT Auto Poland". Office as a representative of Comau, supports car manufacturing proces and service the industrial robots. Main activities concerned preparation of 2D documentation for production line components. It was performed with Autodesk Inventor software.
