• Translation of German Contracts, as and when required by the Global Revenue Operations Team. • Processing of all the Deals in negotiation phase with the clients. • Quality check of all the Deals, Contracts and Scope changes of Contracts making sure that they are adhering to the SOX Compliances. • Reviewing and processing all the German contracts, scope changes and extensions of Projects for Revenue Recognition Analysis. • Maintaining Deal Tracker (Germany) for Reporting purposes.

• Providing Technical Support to German and other European Clients, based on ITIL Methodology. • Getting in touch with N-Level Groups in getting the incidents resolved. • Creating Monthly Dashboard metrics on behalf of the team as a whole. • Taking care of the Escalation to next Level and tracking the Incidents and Requests. • Maintaining Incident Tracker and Rosters for the team. • Inducting and training new joiners for the Service Desk. • Developing Several Case Studies for the Service Desk.
