Advanced Engineering and Technology Department • Proof of concepts by running of experiments to test the functioning of mechanical parts in a kitchen composter • Programming using Excel VBA to evaluate and analyse the results of functional tests of professional vacuum cleaners • Research on legionella detection methods in water using spectroscopy • Running of tests for spectroscopic floor detection by cleaning robots

• Working on Quenching analysis under the supervision of the university ́s Vice-President for research and development • Running of FEM simulations on ANSYS and collection of results data for analysis of the effect of notch shape/type on quenching rates
