Responsible for the management, growth and development of Hungarian office, managing all existing projects, Business Development, and working across the region, including Austria and Germany

Responsible for managing a large European RPO for a major data security company, dealing directly with Global HR Directors, and presenting to CIO, heads of business globally, local HR, and key stakeholders in the different countries. Developing Reed's international footprint across mainland Europe, establishing myself as key sole supplier in Belgium for one of the leading retail brands globally, winning and managing projects outside of Reed's established market, Managing and placing senior appointments.

Managed a team of 12 Consultants/Researchers and 1 European Account Manager after the office had been established for 1 year, with 8 consultants/researchers, achieving growth and profitability during my time. Responsible for development, hiring and strategy of Hungarian office with full P+L responsibility, achieving a turnover of approx 450k GBP. Key focus of the role was to build and develop a team, creating key specialist divisions that would reflect the market in Hungary.

Took over struggling existing team, and created a new strategy to focus purely on London Insurance Markets. Responsible for hiring and firing. Managed a team of 10 experienced IT recruiters. Focused on IT BA's, PM's and meeting CEO's and hiring managers daily and organized many company events at the prestigious Gherkin rooftop terrace to win business where office was based. Created a network book of all Insurance IT staff across London markets, over 5000 names. Full P+L responsibility.
