James Grieme

James Grieme graduated with honors from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he earned a BS in Biomedical Science. He continued his education at the Houston, University of Texas Health Science Center, where in 2013, he received a doctorate in medicine while graduating with honors. James Grieme also pursued his interest in emergency medicine while attending the University of California in San Diego. James Grieme has a wealth of expertise in emergency medicine. He served as an emergency medicine intern at the University of California, San Diego, before working as a resident physician there. He opened Physicians Premier ER, the clinic where he is employed, in 2017. Dr. Grieme is also a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician and Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Away from work, he has a PADI Advanced Diver Certification and the PADI Open Water Certification.
