If it’s in the space industry I have recruited it. My passion for the space industry started a long time ago and in 2001 I took my first steps in the world of space recruitment. Nowadays, I am the UK and Europe’s longest-standing space industry recruiter and I am trusted by many space and satellite businesses with their recruitment needs.

OCC has been recruiting specialist space personnel for European companies for over 38 years. Our clients in this area span from institutions related to ESA to prime vendors and contractors operating within the European Union. It was my role to manage recruitment campaigns in many areas including AOCS, spacecraft operations, spacecraft simulations, thermodynamics, engineering, payload instrumentation, remote sensing, flight dynamics, ground segment, astrophysics, and astronomical scientists, etc.
