Founder and President. A spin off of Dynamic Capital Partners, Commercial Funding Group is a funding specialist for small to middle market businesses. Also active in structured real estate and asset backed transactions up to $100 million, and in Financial Liability Indexing and Funding.

Assisted in creation and development of the company as an affiliate of Victory Global Solutions. Directed funding of community development projects.

Managed Public Finance and Commercial Finance transactions.

Managed finances and insurable risk of a group of 100 mid sized companies and high net worth individuals.

Involved in all phases of firm's start up as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sallie Mae. Instrumental in diversifying the investor base and exit of Sallie Mae. Managed reinsurance and insurance buy and sell side business efforts. Firm was sold to AMBAC in 1995.

Held a progression of positions in marketing and finance, leading to officer appointment in 1981. Managed various business units. In charge of corporate development, where I led the creation of Connie Lee, a municipal bond insurer and reinsurer.

Began in the regulation division, promoted to treasury division and was responsible for cash and investment management. of the NASD, NASDAQ and NSCC.
