Antiterrorism Officer and Physical Security Specialist for Defense Logistics Agency Europe (DLA-E) supporting DLA locations within Africa Command (AFRICOM), European Command (EUCOM), and Central Command (CENTCOM) Theaters. Advised command of current terrorist threats and measures to mitigate the threat. Conducted security reviews and risk assessments of DLA-E sites to ensure implementation and compliance with DoD, host military, and agency security requirements.

Managed five-person team providing support in physical/facility security, COMSEC, OPSEC, and information security to the Eastern Region of Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) which encompassed the 25 eastern states from Canada to the U.S. Virgin Islands. Advised directors on physical security for the protection of people, information, and assets. Designed and budgeted for security systems and measures. Responsible for over 450 Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) issued to 203 locations.

At the tactical and strategic level, Counterintelligence Special Agency/Technician conducting and supervising antiterrorism and counterintelligence operations and investigations in the United States and Germany. Trained U.S. and foreign military personnel in investigative and leadership techniques. Maintained liaison and coordination with intelligence and law enforcement offices of DoD components, U.S. law enforcement offices, and foreign agencies.
