Jointly managed a crew of foreign nationals providing facilities maintenance and transient lodging services on a temporary lodging site for a brigade size number of US and Coalition soldiers transiting through Al Udeid AB Qatar.

Managed automotive fleet maintenance at USMI-Central in Baghdad Iraq in support of the United States Department of State Diplomaitic Security Services, the Deparment of Defense and other government agencies. Managed 160 personnel in five locations across two countries with an aprox. annual budget of 15mil USD.

Managed the automotive fleet services and maintenance of the largest commercial maintenance facility in Iraq. Responsible for over 2,000 pieces of equipment. armored, non-armored, construction, transportation, material handling, tranportation, commercial, power generation, and small engine equipment, Managed 118 personnel with a budget of aprox 12mil USD. Improved the equipment availability rate significantly,

Identified and resolveed issues causing a significant number of material requistions to be overdue resulting in a reduction in the total non-availability rate for the fleet of approximately 3,000 assets.

Responsible for the electrical, plumbing, power generation, HVAC, heavy equipment, material handling, and facilities operations sections, engineering technician. Managed 109 personnel providing facilities operations support to Udairi Army Airfield in Northern Kuwait,
