• Sitting as a member of the European management team and reporting to the COO Europe, my role is to take responsibility for all European talent acquisition, European Retail & Corporate HR and contribute to brand growth strategy • Within this capacity I manage a team of HR and recruitment consultants throughout Europe focused on training, development, day-to-day recruitment, legal & employment issues and creating a pipeline of talent. The Selfridges Group Ltd (WFRG) operates three of the world's finest luxury retailers including Brown Thomas in Ireland, Holt Renfrew in Canada and Selfridges in the United Kingdom. The group represented Galen Weston's luxury interests globally. • Mandate was to run a global talent pipeline for the three banner companies to ensure that each company had the very best people in each business and to proactively scout the global retail market to establish and develop relationships with key talent

• I provided leadership to a team of five full-time researchers, with overall responsibility for the operations of the research department and for the training and development of the research team • I extended the research function into Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia by creating a network of industry and functional freelance experts within relevant markets

• Management of information within the firm that formed the basis of business development, assignment management and general network development

• Contracted by the Government to assist QC’s employed by the Department of Justice with their preparation for trails, specifically – Indian Residential School litigation. In particular, I was solely accountable for the control of two Indian Residential Schools within the larger framework of the British Columbia team
