• Responsibility for strategic procurement of medical technology equipment with a yearly spend of approx. 100M€ for all Helios hospitals • Leading negotiation of international framework agreements together with other Fresenius (parent company) entities Vamed (medical equipment service provider) and Quironsalud (Spanish private hospital chain) with global suppliers to realize commercial synergies and align sourcing strategies of the category

- Leading global sourcing for a category communication electronics with a yearly spend of 70 M€ across worldwide Bombardier projects/sites/divisions such as in Germany, France, UK, India, China, USA, Canada, South America, Australia etc. - Leading Supplier Evaluation and selection process for my category for projects across BT - Optimizing the supply base across BT; Supplier relationship and performance management

• Coordination of 3 local buyers for passenger information systems and train safety components to implement global commodity strategy in region CEE (Central and Eastern Europe, incl. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden) for all railway vehicles • Deputy of procurement manager of onboard systems 2 (passenger information systems, train safety components, couplers, gangways, sanitary systems) in CEE

• System buyer for passenger information system (Audio, LED Display, TFT Display, passenger counting) and CCTV for high speed, regional trains and commuter trains in region CEE • Supervision of the complete procurement process from supplier selection (incl. negotiations), frame contract agreements to the first delivery of serial parts, escalation level in the warranty phase • Leading of contract reviews, technical workshops with the suppliers, incl. Steering Committees with general managers
