I am a results-oriented Program Manager with a proven track record in the software industry. My passion lies in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and drive operational efficiency. - In my role as Technical Sales Manager I play an active part in every stage of the sales process of technical solutions and products for the Automotive Industry. On a regular basis I am implementing new tools and technologies to increase the efficiency of my work and to further improve the customer experience. To assure the growth of my business unit I place a strong focus on market analysis and risk detection and management.

- As a Business Unit Manager I had disciplinary responsibility for 26 full-time engineers working in different projects. I was actively monitoring the project goals and I served as a contact person for stakeholders. My tasks included training and mentoring of the staff, as well as communicating of the company vision and values. To grow my Business Unit I was analyzing market trends and defining strategies. I was responsible for both managing of existing and acquiring new customer accounts.
