Combining my leadership and engineering skills gives me the strength to build software, teams, and businesses. I am a seasoned solution architect with experience in diverse sectors. As Head of Software at Digica, I am building and growing a department that develops solutions with technologies like embedded C, C++, Python, and .Net/C#. All that to develop products that are empowered with AI. I support project managers and architects in our teams to build the trust and confidence of our customers by delivering to them valuable and reliable products. I like to use my experience and question all the well-known concepts to find the best solution which answers the real needs of stakeholders and users of the software we build. I like working with people. I always put myself in a position where I can listen and learn from them before I try to advise anything. Most importantly, I am a husband and proud father of seven great children as well as a music enthusiast.
