I'm acting managing director at AHK Finland, with 30 employees and a turnover of 3,5 MEUR.

Until July 2015, I ran inbound marketing for Lumia. In essence, my team defined the product propositions of our upcoming products before those were created, and worked with our engineering while the products were being developed. We also created the Lumia Consumer Strategy. We ran co-innovation projects with consumers using ethnography, co-creation and other innovation tools.

In this role, I managed the Lumia business for a major global operator account. My responsibilities included global sell-in, local sell-in support, overall responsibility for the Lumia business with the customer (planning, pricing, customer-specific product creation requests). Achievements: 100% sell-in/ranging, strong YoY Lumia revenue growth, establishment of a srategic go-to-market partnership for Lumia.

Chief of staff for the SVP Marketing GTM. I developed and led Nokia’s Area Marketing Operations (KPIs, Dashboards, Governance, Processes & Organization); Managed two 1000 FTE-reorganizations; Created & managed the Germany brand recovery project, achieving 120% brand preference increase YoY.

Responsibilities included deployment of Nokia's industry-leading consumer segmentation model, sales-support, and contribution to model and market research development as well as marketing campaign pre-testing.

Strategic Marketing consultancy, clients from the Telecommnunications industry & Games industry. Projects included consumer segmentation model development as well as commercialization of a board game in Germany.

Co-founded this company offering high-profile recruitment events to companies across Germany. Main products were recruitment fairs at universities, workshops for high potentials as well as an online platform. Within a bit over a year, we grew to the biggest agency for recruitment fairs in Germany.
