- I am in charge of testing the Pricing Tool, which is being developed in house by using the agile methodology (IT development team is based in Nice, France, and Bratislava, Slovakia). It is composed of around 25 developers and testers, making it the largest single IT project under development by Orange. The objective is to be able to price all Orange products using this tool. The main Users are Sales, Pre-Sales, and Finance.

My portfolio included a database of 200 former customers from FMCG cluster, mostly SMEs, where I did re-establish the relationship and I did share shift business back with a success rate of around 15% (335k € annual sales). I worked extensively with Salesforce (Connect), Analysis for Office (mostly Excel and PPT). I managed to get part of the project team, working on the strategic document presented to EVP for Direct Sales Channel Strategy for the EMEA region with horizon until the year 2024.

I worked with global Sr SM for AU customers, which contributed 19% of annual sales volume. My responsibility was also project management for global OEMs and Tiers e.g. Volkswagen Group, Renault, FCA, PSA, BMW, Ford, Geely. Another hat I wore was Sales and Operations Planning for Automotive industry cluster via optimizing the supply chain delivery from Japan to Europe, which resulted in a 42,5% stock level decrease in warehouse capacities in Europe (around 30k € yearly cost reduction).
