As Inbound Problem Solve (IBPS) Operations Lead at Amazon Fulfillment Center LEJ5, I coordinated the deployment of up to 25 employees, was responsible for compliance with security and quality standards, and was responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting.
As a temporary worker, I initially worked as a stand-in and gained insight into each of the operational areas. From October 2020 I received a permanent contract.
