In my role as Chief Growth Officer, I oversee our global Strategy & Transformation, our global Segments (SelfCare, SkinHealth & Beauty, Essential Health), which also oversee our Consumer Experience, Consumer Business Intelligence, Design and Global Customer Capabilities, our Corporate Development & Ventures, ESG & Sustainability and the Office of the CEO.

On top of my role as President J&J Southeast Asia, assumed responsibility as Global Head of Strategy Consumer Health with the goal to spin-out and stand up and IPO the Consumer Health division from J&J, now listed at the NYSE under the name of Kenvue (KVUE).

Vice President, Area Managing Director ('Vorsitzender der Geschäfsführung') of Johnson & Johnson family of consumer companies for DACH, Benelux and Central Eastern Europe with full P/L responsibility for a billion USD business and leading a team of 800+ employees.

Managing Director of PGT Healthcare Russia & CIS, a Joint Venture between P&G and Teva Pharmaceuticals, with full P/L responsibility, managing 500+ people.

Management of $Bn 1.5 Beauty & Grooming division across Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, with responsibility of all marketing and sales plans for 30 brands reporting to Eastern Europe CEO. Lead multifunctional team of 120+. Top brands include Gillette, Venus, Always, Naturella, Discreet, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Wella, Old Spice, Camay, Safeguard, Olay, Duracell, Blenda-med, Oral-B.
