I am collaborating with customers focusing on Innovation, long term impact and partnership to transform challenges into mutual success. Along with our Engineering teams I am inventing, driving and delivering hybrid- and cloud solutions for the Supply Chain Industries. My ambition is to utilize software and technology to increase resilience and sustainability in the Supply Chains of tomorrow.

I am challenged with complex questions; issues; processes and architectures- all needed to be broken down into requirements, tasks and structures. An End- to end perspective must never be left aside. The answer to a challenge and a dedicated requirement might lead to change on different levels. A sustainable solution always included guidance for the transformation.

I am supporting our customers to understand, streamline and implement solutions in the Supply Chain area with focus on warehouse management systems, transportation and production supply. My service includes structuring of tasks, process analysis and exploration in terms of software demonstrations, and software adoption to my customer needs. As projects changed, also my roles changed within the projects- therefore I was at home in any consulting role if needed.

Managing Innovations from and with suppliers: Development and application of process, methods and factors to assess the preferred customer status and competitiveness of suppliers. (Supplier relationship management/supplier evaluation) Application and case study in cooperation with CSM NV and Siemens AS.
