as Product Manager in the Scaled Agile approach, I acted as Liaison between 15 development teams, the PCI Program, the Agile organisation ("the train") and Swisscard management, at the same time acting as PCI-DSS internal consultant where needed.

Built IT Risk and Security department in First Line of Defence and developed an Integrated Control Framework for this, covering PCI-DSS, Cobit 4.1 and 5.0, as well as ISO 27001 and27002 (2013), which I helped to implement. managed a team of 5 Sogeti employees in helping ING Products to solve >720 findings from a Advanced Persistent Threat Assessment (first 3 months) and do an assessment on the log retention and monitoring capabilities (second five months).

started managing the chain testing activities for this new international cash management solution in 10 countries, followed by managing the "Pennie testing phase" (pilot), subsequently becoming responsible for the total IT part of the project.

successfully managed the project to migrate Paysquare to the TSYS Prime platform as launching customer in Western Europe, being also the launching customer for the remote services from TSYS in the UK.

developed the first version of their Business Continuity Plan, based on a CRAMM Risk Assessment.

Reorganised, sanitized and Managed the IT project portfolio and turned the IT Department into a known and felt Business enabler. after 2 years we performed above market average and I was invited into the Group MT. After 2 subsequent takeovers, my scope spanned 18 shops and the whole of the Netherlands. I then brought IT into line with the new owners and took my leave.
