- Lead the Project Management Discipline within the BU/BE worldwide - Accountability for successful operation of the discipline of Project Management within the BU/BE to achieve all QCD-P targets - Accountability for the successful execution of all BU/BE projects concerning Quality, Cost, Delivery and Productivity (QCDP) - Addresses and resolves all escalated project related issues - Identifies, addresses, reports and resolves project deviations to QCD-P targets of the entire project portfolio

Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the manufacture, cost, quality and delivery of products in the value stream. Support Six Sigma Lean goals, to eliminate waste; improving efficiency, information and material flow along the value stream. Responsible for the end to end ownership of all devices, components and processes across the value stream. Harmonization of efforts with other value stream leaders within the site to ensure safety, process consistency and functional excellence.
