Jana-Katharina Schueller

Having had the chance to work alongside and learn from amazing professionals as part of my internships and to compare and contrast a tech start-up culture, a global high-tech corporation, a Mittelstand's company and student-led ventures, I know one thing for sure: I see my future in Human Resources – ideally in an international setting. To achieve my career ambitions, I'm in the process of solidifying my understanding of human behaviour and the specifics of frameworks and methodologies used by social scientists by studying for a degree in Psychology. In doing so, I consciously build on what I learned when I studied towards a dual degree in Business Administration and International Relations in Spain. In parallel to my continued studies, I aim to further deepen and broaden my understanding of the role of HR in organisations - from Talent Marketing and Management to Talent Development - and to keep making mutually enriching connections with role-models in the field.
