Internship, supporting LEAN initiatives in the projects. Designed LEAN material flow of sterile instruments in major hospital.

Daily office management, maintained database of clients, developed recruiting procedures.

Research within Glass fibers/PES matrix and composite materials, mainly reinforced composite system. Data analysis, including statistical and quality assessment. Furthermore, teaching activities.

Master thesis defined and optimized a complete logistic flow of sterile units in hospital, working with process mapping, planning, logistics, LEAN tools, GMP, simulation and optimization.

Master thesis was a company strategy improvements proposal for Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery s.r.o., Brno. Involvement of two Danish companies in the project and elaborated the study on an international scale.1 year exchange study program in Denmark.

Master thesis focuses on Composite materials research including testing, statistics, data processing.
