• Characterization and Analysis of a novel GaN switch. • Development of standardized test boards to evaluate the GaN switch. • Investigation on the behaviour of shoot through current in half-bridge configuration.

• Development of automated test routines for the device models in the circuit simulator SIMetrix. • Documentation of subcircuit models in predefined test circuits with Python based circuit. • Advanced testing of the models in other circuit simulators PSpice and IFXSpice to assure platform independency of the models.

• Optical and X-ray imaging of semiconductor devices for failure analysis. • Performance of wire Pull and Bond shear test on devices.

• Management of High Privileged IDs in servers using Privileged Identity Management (PIM) / Total Privileged Access Management (TPAM). • Management of Incident Management Console (BMC Remedy IT Service Management) by closing the Incidents after completing the service requests. • Preliminary check on new servers based on server connectivity and password validation for Admin privileged IDs.
