•Troubleshooting and rectification of different faults/complaints at customer site. •Fault diagnosis and repair of plasma generators and jets in workshop as well. •Routine yearly and contractual service maintenance of plasma jets and systems. •Installation and commissioning of plasma generator system with plasma jets. •Software update and SPS programming update as per need.

•Complex impedance measurement of automotive LIB cells for the BMS IC. •Signal Reconstruction. •Impedance Measurement. •Error Budget Calculation

•Responsible for maintaining Power Laboratory out of stock components. •Designing schematic and PCB 4 layers layout for thermal and encoder sensor interfacing circuit using Altium Designer.

• Creation of lateral nanograting structures using UV nanoimprint lithography in clean room for the fabrication of biosensor.

•Trouble shooting of electrical faults & maintenance of Air compressors, Air dryers, Chillers, Cooling towers, AHUs, Heaters, R.O plants, Hoists, Spinning plant & winder machines. •Daily meetings with production and process departments to discuss issues. •To make maintenance schedules and to make monthly reports of the breakdowns/faults. •Raise job orders through MOGAN (Maintenance of Gatron and Novatex) System and to maintain spares of equipment through (Materials Management System) Oracle based software.
