Janaina Resende

I worked at Accounts Payable Processes for a global company. My typical daily activities were, invoices and credit notes process, support with month-end closing activities, payment proposal elaboration and other accounts payable activities. I also assist the accounts receivable team of the Brazilian branches of the same company, doing bank accounts reconciliation, handle client inquiries and escalations to ensure feedback within agreed shift and month-end closing accounts receivable activities.

At infosys I worked on Accounts Receivable Team, doing cash application activities. My daily activities were directly relation with Mexican client and Banks, analysis and control of cash receipts, control of non-applied items, cash and credit notes application, clients' account reconciliation and elaboration of weekly management reports. During my one year at Infosys I also helped the Billing and de Accounts Payable Team when necessary.
