I work with Directors & Senior Management from a wide range of organisations. Clients include: The Foreign & Commonwealth Office, the BBC, MTV, Iris London, CapGemini, Relais & Chateau, Image Works, Teach First. I also work with a number of private business people including: television & radio presenters, artists, performers, senior brokers in the yachting, banking and property industries. My coaching approach is solutions-focussed coupling high energy & warmth with sharp focus and deep challenge.

•Coaching senior management across all areas of the Corporation including News, Television, all Radio networks, Governance, Finance, World Service Trust & the Executive Board •Delivering various coaching programmes including First 100 Days, Coaching Skills for Managers, Careers Coaching •Delivering 360 Degree Feedback •Supervising newly trained coaches

•Coaching senior production staff and on-air talent across networks •Managing large teams of staff & DJs plus all Mainstream programme content (82 hours airtime per week) •Developing relationships between both networks & external organisations •Responsible for all recruitment, staffing issues & appraisals plus the work experience scheme & developing relationships with schools for 1Xtra •Running live Outside Broadcasts across Europe & all social action campaigns
