Responsible for the day to day operation and safety of all personal including marine coordination, communication, catering and hotel services. Leader and trainer of the emergency response team, acting as point of contact for the shore side administration and assisting in final commissioning of the converter platform.

Nautical Operations Manager during installation and commissioning phase of SylWin Alpha converter platform in the North Sea. Responsible for the following: All deck and all marine operations, team leader of the emergency response team and OSC,Flight operations HLO. Substitute of the site manager and assisting in managing the daily work schedule, hotel services, human resource planning including logistics from and to the platform.

During T & I and commissioning of Offshore converter platforms (e.g. HelWin, BorWin and SylWin) in the North Sea. Advising the Site Manager in regards to HSE issues. Creation and review of risk assessments, method statements and other HSE relevant documentation. Leader of accident investigations and evaluation of mitigating measures in case of near miss or accidents.
