A small, senior level team covering the Private Bank across EMEA. Created and maintained a business aligned, enterprise process architecture. Using variety of methodologies and tools created a company-wide performance evaluation system using KPIs leading to specific process change projects. Led and project managed both simple and complex, geographically dispersed performance projects. Instrumental in implementing and embedding Six Sigma quality methodology into Citibank

Consulting advice to financial institutions worldwide. Senior project manager for change management project. Facilitation of workgroups e.g. business and technology strategy integration. Involved in the creation and negotiation of RFPs.

Assisted in setting up company, secured government funding and developed integrated, cost effective services. Developed and strengthened external partnerships.

Business adviser to small and medium companies (e.g. manufacturing industry, garages, health care services, service industry) covering strategy development, finance, operations and sales and marketing. As operations manager, responsible for effective company resource utilization and management reporting. Implemented ISO 9001.

Retail banking / savings industry: Responsible for daily business and continued growth of the new flag ship branch and all subsidiary branches.
