As supporting member of the Procurement Services team I was involved with market research, data analysis and the preparation of documents such as RFTs, RFQs and EOIs.

As a working student I supported the national and international fairs and exhibition teams with quoting, client communication and and project organisation. During the Berlin Air Show 2012 I was part of the project management team on-site.

My role mainly included planning and managing the operational handling of exhibition cargo and services. I am also highly involved in sales activities and responsible for accounting related tasks (e.g. invoicing), customer service and compiling quotes and costings.

I supported the programme management office managing a service suite. My tasks included for example service testing and ticket handling. Moreover I was responsible for the customer care content management system and managed customer care trials.
