Create specifications and drawings for all phases of the project. Obtain a general knowledge of the codes and issues involved in space planning. Prepare meeting minutes for clients, architects, and managers. Support real estate portfolio with architectural designs.

Prepare designs for floor plans and elevations for small to large scale residential and commercial projects. Worked independently with a variety of construction types, from custom clubhouses to multi-purpose buildings. Participated in all phases of the design process from design development to execution.

Developing schematic drawings for space and site planning, including floor plans, elevations, sections and landscape concepts. Contributing to meetings and site visits for ongoing projects. Providing support in ongoing residential and commercial projects.
