Following my academic focus in Corporate Management, | transitioned into a cross-functional marketing role that bridged ideation and enablement. I collaborated directly with sales, customer success as well as content and platform teams - to align the full customer journey. • Managed outreach, campaign execution, and lead nurturing through to SQL handoffs • Automated CRM processes to increase team efficiency • Built and managed customer communication • Initiated PLG efforts via B2B shop development

While working and studying simultaneously, I produced educational content that simplified complex banking concepts. Bridging theory and real-world experience, I supported trainees by: • Creating practice exams and learning resources • Responding to user questions to enhance understanding of learning materials

During my vocational training, I also represented the „Bundesverband der Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken": • Communicated strategic relevance across industry forums and conferences • Collaborated with four other ambassadors on the strategic brand positioning of VR Banks as trusted future partners • Bridged generational gaps by connecting innovation with tradition • Highlight: Spoke on stage in front of 800+ board members and Chancellor Angela Merkel

I began my career in banking as a vocational trainee - my professional foundation. During this time, l also co-led a one-year radio project that reached an average of 102,000 daily listeners, setting the stage for my communication strength and public engagement.
