Coordinating the successful launch of the brand in Hungary with full business responsibility – financial planning, portfolio optimalisation, supply and demand planning. Organising marketing and communication material as well as developing and implementing POS material. In charge of intensive sampling campaigns through multiple agencies. Developing and launching web- and CRM platform. Trade negotiations and cooperation with machine partner.

Marketing and communication, as well as product development and event organisation responsibilites linked to the NESQUIK brand and coffee mixtures brand Ricoré. New packaging and recipe developments with financial planning as well. Brand building the Nestlé way towards very sensitive child target group.

The COMEX Management trainee program is 32 months long and rotates the participants between departments in 4-8 months periords. I spent 6 months on Market Research and Consumer Relations. 8 months on Confectionery Marketing , dealing with brand marketing and product development among others. I also gained sales experience during an 8 month period consisting of working as an impulse sales agent for 4 months and working on retail sales and trade marketing as well.
