The Technological Advancement Project for JEP ( Justicia Especial de La Paz) was one of the biggest triumphs of softplan's Justice sector. I had some responsibilities as Business Analyst, and Product Owner: - Monitoring the ORKs to take tactical initiatives. - Specifying the requirements, writing the user stories, agile follow-up using tools to facilitate the work of developers using Kanban. - Conducting agile ceremonies: Retrospective, Review, Refinement and maintenance of the Product Backlog.
