Responsible for the leadership and direction of the national Marketing and Events Team. My role is to set the marketing strategy for the Firm and lead the Marketing and Events Team to effectively implement this strategy across Industries, Businesses and Geographies.

Leader of the Marketing Services team to design and implement B2C and B2B brand programs and deliver media strategies consistent with Zurich’s brand strategy. Managed 26 team members in service areas that include: ‘brand planning, budgeting and media,’ ‘advertising creative and production’ and a ‘global marketing system (TAG) for campaign management and image library.’

Led the media strategy, planning and execution of Brand Campaigns, working closely with the organization’s stakeholders to drive optimal return from media investment.

Drove an integrated marketing approach and supported the building of a leading global insurance brand.

Relocated from Toronto, Canada to build internal awareness of Zurich’s Risk Engineering (ZRE) services, and externally develop their reputation globally.
