Manage an approximately 4 million dollar department; inventory control; increase sales and profitability; increase bridal registration and sales; manage personnel issues; perform job performance reviews; assist customers; assist sales associates in making larger more complete sales; merchandising based on both corporate guidelines and developing new better ways to display; opening and closing store; use store systems to aide in meeting objectives; hire and train incoming new associates.

Trained to use knowledge of investments; tax law; insurance; and real estate to recommend financial options to individuals and businesses based on their short-term and long-term goals; Some issues addressed were retirement planning, estate planning, tax issues, funding for college, and general investment options.
