Developing new, and expanding existing business relationships across all verticals; IT, Finance, Scientific, Healthcare, Engineering, Commercial & Light-Industrial. Billing business in Direct Hire and staffing agreements as well as introducing and/or signing contracts for MSP, RPO, and PPS.

Director of Recruiting and Board Member for the Kansas City Division, responsible for the direction and management of all recruiting activity for KCMO. This included interview life cycle design and management, executive coaching, and ATS deployment.
