My research interests are: 1) Biological control of global and emergent insect pests using entomopathogenic fungi, nematodes and bacteria. My motivation is to find safe alternatives to synthetic chemical pesticides and explore how microbial agents can be integrated with other biocontrol strategies. 2) Plant-Microbe interactions. I am interested in exploring beneficial microbes and investigating how these microbes contribute to plant growth, stress tolerance and pest resistance.
