•Designing and development tools for test management, execution and reporting to enhance the overall software testing process •Write, revise and verify quality standards and test procs for program design, product evaluation and quality assurance •Identifies differences between established standards and user applications and suggests modifications to conform to standards •Apply principles and methodologies of SDLC like Lean, Agile, Sequential •Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

• Track and report on status of testing and bugs along with providing estimated timeframes for resolution • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases • Test planning, test design and test execution for applications within an agile development environment • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools • Implement and configures tools and help junior staff on time

• Test environment setup and maintenance • Test new features and verify bug fixes • Report software defects and interact with developers to resolve technical issues and to research possible root causes of defects • Generating test data • Improvement of test scripts • Deployment of applications to production system

• Maintenance of SMS Center and configuring • Configuration of HP Open Call Media Platform and creation new services on it • Troubleshooting and characterization of escalated production support issues • Creating scripts, parsers and alarms for maintenance • Other maintenance issues

• Conducting of IT analysis for project management; • Arrangement of “Personalized Card Center” thru “Database Management Center” ; • Close participation in acquisition of high technological server, network equipment; • Intensive assistance in set up of Sole Information System and development of necessary policy to function the system; • Other IT related issues.

• Design and develop Information Systems; • The overall implementation of computing policies, standards and best practices for specific information systems/networks under their control; • Ensuring that all hardware and software license agreements are properly executed on all systems, networks, and servers for which they are responsible; • Create an issue resolution guide for the most common user help desk calls. Communicate issue status and support activities to others in the organization.

• Compiling and entering project related data to the database system; • Maintaining the office network and communication system; • Preparing project level information/analysis and updating them regularly; • Supporting office employees with their computer problems; • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
