Family owned company that provides services to a chain of 35 shoe stores. My position, as a middle manager, allowed me to establish contact with almost every aspect of the business of retailing, such as marketing, sales and purchases. I had the responsibility of managing the company’s brand. In addition, I managed the existent technology and implement new technologies to reduce costs. In this sense, I was responsible of managing the innovation to improve the process

Among my responsibilities were to meet the budget and deadlines, hire and fire workers and subcontractors, check the quality and security standards and manage the procurement of materials. I worked in close relation with the architect and security coordinator, making sure that the quality and security requirements were met.

My responsibility was to organize the internal management area, with the following objectives: Lead the daily processes, support specific situations to the activities of other groups, fundraising and improve the organizational structure. I successfully created the HR and communication group.
