• I manage a large scale project (annual sales of +65M USD), build the project plan, and execution targeting to meet the milestones without compromising the quality. • Exposed to Marketing actively building the product roadmap. • Interface with the different professional teams (software, integration and alpha, production, QA, logistics, and documentation), in Spain, Israel, and Romania, as well as outsourcing companies in Israel and Taiwan. • Customer satisfaction + crisis management

• Direct manager of a team composed of various software and electronic engineers. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, purchase and logistics, and production. Project budget up to 500k€. • I also co-wrote and managed technical RFPs from institutional customers like European Space Agency (ESA), Space Programmes (EGNOS, GALILEO), R&D Framework Programmes issued by the European Commission. In this role I was intensively exposed to marketing and pre-sales teams.

Reporting to the relevant manager, I took part in project development phase for several customers, both at system layer (communication protocols) and application layer (web services, GUIs, database interfaces, etc.). The projects nature was diverse: urban toll systems, monitoring and control of a remote parking meter network, fleet management systems for urban transports and railways, etc.

I worked as a programmer for a large scale project for a big customer (Telefonica), reporting to a team leader inside a group of 8 people. Our goal was to do preliminary design and to write software for a traffic management system for both PSTN and cellular networks.
