Based in Oman, my duties are as follows: - HR market research (India, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Philippine Islands, Malaysia, Oman). - Expatriate management procedures. - Sourcing and hunting international candidates through networking, existing databases, worldwide job boards, networking groups, worldwide engineering associations, recruitment agents… - Payroll, Social Security - Creating HR procedures (recruitment, payroll, expat management).

- National and international recruiting from low to mid-senior management positions through worldwide job boards, undertaking candidate screening, competence based interviews, psychometric test administration, contract negotiations and follow up. - Working closely with Headhunters, worldwide recruiters and Area Directors to deliver real matching high profile candidates in EMEA and APAC countries - HR market research (EMEA and APAC). - Creating Job Descriptions for exisiting and new positions

- HR Generalist - National recruitment through job boards, CV screening, competence based interviews and candidate company integration follow up. - Elaboration of various learning and developement activities for mid-senior positions and results follow-up. - Actively participate in various projects oriented to improving internal HR processes
