• Continuous improvement of the processes with the objective of achieving production KPI´s • Continuous participation with external suppliers during the design and set up of new machines. • Internal coordinator to implement global solutions and share knowledge, with the different BSH Oven factories. • Workplaces design taking into account ergonomic requirements and MTM-UAS analysis. • Software process analysis (PLC programs, robots movements) to reduce cycle time.

Main focus: • Audit and Fault control during door fridges assembly. • Monitoring, check and improvement of current and new components of the fridges. • Training people to reduce scraps and to improve the assembly result.

Main focus: • Estimation of energy consumption in offices. • Efficiency of ventilation systems and their potential for energy savings.
